rude bar staff slow lifts
the hotel had a good location near many attractions.
i found the bar staff quite rude , a major letdown. also , the lifts were insanely slow , resulting in long waits.

excellent location very nice view faulty air conditioning slippery shower
the location was excellent. i found the staff to be very helpful. the rooftop bar provides very nice views.
the air conditioning did not function properly, so the room was uncomfortably warm. i was given a fan, but it didn't solve the problem. the shower floor felt quite slippery.

The location was very convenient. It made exploring the city very easy. The rooftop pool and sky bar was nice. The staff was helpful and friendly.
The elevators were slow and often crowded. (I waited quite a while a few times.) The gym was small and lacked equipment. The room's shower had a slippery floor. I nearly fell.
